Deacon Young seeks to follow the biblical example established by the
early disciples as a Spirit-filled man chosen and set aside to be a servant
partner with the pastors. He assist the pastors and staff in all areas of
ministry, service, support, and leadership to the family of God, with
particular emphasis on ministry to the widows of our church. Responsible for
the spiritual life of the church, its worship, church membership approval,
communion ceremony, care of the infirmed and needy and witness at large. This
ministry is designed to aid the pastor in meeting the needs of the
congregation.
